Carl Grimes
Carl begins as a normal and innocent child, but, as the events of the new force of a world order begin to grow, he becomes colder and more stoic, and makes foolhardy decisions sometimes for the sake of his group of friends and family.
Negan
He is the leader of a group of more than 350 to 400 survivors in Washington. DC called Los Salvadores, who subjugate other communities in the area, demanding unfair amounts of food and supplies in exchange for their protection against walkers and themselves.
